COMPLETION OF TRAINING-TYPE 1
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
The franchisee agrees to complete the training course offered by the franchiser successfully. If in the case that the training course is not successful completely the contractual agreement will be null and void and the franchiser will refund any moneys of said agreement with the exception of for reimbursement of training expenses and [Other expenses].
